MCE-590 Rotary Arm Module Educational Equipment Automatic Training System

Mod. MCE-590 transfers the piece from a modular station to the next one. It consists of a manipulator with a double effect cylinder for the up/down movement, a rotating cylinder for the piece transfer from a position to the next one and a pneumatic gripper for picking pieces up. Industrial sensors control the motion of the pneumatic devices.

The module is assembled on a sectioned aluminium base, and it can be easily moved around the laboratory.

It includes an I/O interface box with Ø 2 mm terminals that, besides working as control board for the module, enables the students to carry out electrical measurements on its

components.

• No. 1 Arduino training panel mod. MPC-18

Power supply (24 Vcc) is provided by the PLC itself or using a MPC-18 module.
