1.1 Overview
In a closed system filled with liquid, the liquid will reach a thermodynamic equilibrium during the vaporization process, and the position of the critical point mainly depends on the properties of the liquid and the temperature in the container. ZT0013 Marcet Boiler Test Bench is a training teaching device used in the laboratory to test the relationship between pressure and temperature in the heating process of steam boilers. Determine the position of the critical point by recording the steam pressure and temperature during the experiment. The temperature controller and pressure limiting valve are used as safety devices to protect the entire system at a safe temperature and pressure. The pressure and temperature in the process are set in the loop. The sensor is directly displayed on the digital display, and can also be directly transmitted to the PC via USB for further processing. Through related experiments, students can be familiar with the basic knowledge of steam boiler and liquid vaporization, and cultivate students’ innovative and pioneering ability.
1.2 Features
①The pressure limiting valve and thermostat are arranged in the ZT0013 test bench circuit to ensure that the system is always at a safe pressure and temperature;
②The transient data during the change of the workbench is directly displayed on the display in digital form;
③It can quantitatively reflect the relationship between pressure and temperature in the process of water vaporization in a constant volume environment;
④The various physical data of the workbench change process can also be transferred to the PC through the USB interface for further processing.
