The simulator mod. SPS has been designed and manufactured for the interactive and complete study of a real iron process, starting from raw materials up to the finished product consisting in a continuous casting.

TRAINING PROGRAM:

The simulator mod. SPS enables the study of the following main subjects:

  • Preparation of the load materials
  • Cokery materials and sub-products
  • Recirculation of the cokery and blast furnace gases
  • Taking and transport of cast iron: torpedo truck

  • Structure and operation of the converter with oxygenthrower
  • Structure and operation of the ladle
  • Processing of the casting
  • Continuous casting: production of flat blooms
  • Safety in iron plants
  • Emergency and alarms
  • Monitoring and control of the iron process via PC
