1 Product overview
This training device includes a variety of types of basic electrical control device and measurement, through the relevant experiment, can be familiar with lighting circuit, motor control circuit, measuring circuit connection methods, such as to master its control principle and control mode, the corresponding knowledge and skills, suits, higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational schools and vocational school related professional teaching and skills training examination.
1. The electrical control line components are installed on the mounting board of the wall board, which is convenient to operate and easy to replace, so as to facilitate the expansion of functions or develop new training; The choice of operation content is typical, practical and scientific.
2. The operating table can be put into use only with the ac power supply of three-phase four-wire;

4. All the components of the relay contact control line are connected to the terminals via wires. The wiring of the students’ wiring is only needed to protect the components; In practice, the line is used to train the process.
5. The output power have the monitor display and short circuit protection function, when training occurs when wrong operation or caused by wrong wiring short circuit, the device can automatic protection, avoid burning fuse and damage electrical appliances, security training smoothly;
6. The training platform has a good safety protection system. The connection between the practical training circuit and the device power supply is connected through the safety socket and high reliable protective sleeve structure pistol, which is safe and fast.

3 Product consist of
3.1 Power control panel
The control screen is an iron double-layer subsurface airtight spray structure, aluminum plastic plate. The main control panel is equipped with resources:
1.Three phase four wires power input, go through electrical rotector, main switch, go through start button, stop button, control contact connet or disconnect, and set emergency stop button.
2.There is a 450V point type AC voltage meter 1 piece on control panel, through band switch can observe three electrical power grid voltage.
3.AC low voltage power supply: equipped with transformer 1 set, AC voltage primary side 220V, secondary side 24V and 6.3V AC voltage, 6.3V for signal indicator light power supply, 26V for the AC power supply of rectifier circuit in energy consumption braking;
4.4 pieces of 5408 diode, it is usef for dynamic braking rectifying circuit.
5.Three pieces of 75Ω/75W resistor is used for electric motor reduction voltage starting,one piece of 10Ω/25W is used for dynamic braking of asynchronous motor.
3.2 Training workbench
The actual training table is an iron double layer subglazed structure, the tabletop is fireproof, waterproof, wear-resistant high density plate, the structure is firm, the modelling is beautiful and generous. There are two drawers (with a lock) on the left and right sides of the table, with cabinets, which can be used to place the hanging pieces and the actual training items, and the structure is strong and beautiful.
3.3Training components hanging box configuration
(1)Breaker and contactor module
This module contains 2P residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB), fuse socket and three pieces of contractor. It is used for wire three phases motor control circuit, see below photo:
(2)mutual inductor module
This module contains three pieces of 30/5 mutual inductor, three pieces of current meter, components wire to terminal socket. And finish one piece of current mutual inductor is used for single phase circuit control circuit wire and three pieces current mutual inductor circuit wire experiment, see below photo:
(3)Single phase watt hour meter module
This module contains single phase watt hour meter and knife switch, components wire connect to wire terminal. It can finish single phase watt hour meter directly wire circuit, connect to the circuit directly, single phase watt hour meter go through current mutual inductor wire circuit etc. experiment. See below photo
(4)Three phases watt hour meter module
This module contains three – phase watt hour meter and terminals, and the device wiring leads to the terminal. Can complete three-phase three-wire active watt hour meter connection electric circuit, three-phase three-wire active watt hour meter by the current mutual inductor circuit wiring, three-phase four-wire active watt hour meter wiring circuit experiment, as shown in the figure below,
(5) fluorescent lamp and switch module
This module consists of three pieces incandescent lamps, two dual-control switches, and device wiring lead to the terminals. The wiring and control of the fluorescent lamp line can be completed, as shown in the figure below,
