1 Product Overview
This equipment includes necessary components used in cheese making process, with the equipment, you can make various cheeses.
(1) The equipment’s frame is made of aluminum, and it adopted integrated installation.
(2) The stainless steel fermentation tank has function of insulation and agitation. Molding tank can change soft and hard of cheese through adjusting pressure.

3 Product compositions
3.1 Fermentation tank
The fermentation tank is made of stainless steel, its volume is 100L, it is equipped with double-deck jacket, inside is water jacket, so it can inject circulating water for constant heating or rapid cooling, outside is polyurethane insulation coating. Its top is with 2 feeding inlet’s renovates, and it is with feeding pipe joint for standby application, it can connect with external feeding pump. The bottom discharge hole is controlled by a large stainless steel ball valve.
3.2 Milk ejection channel
It is made of stainless steel, equipped with filter screen outfall, and it is used to separating whey from compounds discharged from fermentation tank.
3.3 Extrusion forming equipment
It adopts transparent acrylic molding mould and adjusts hardness of cheese through rotary lead screw, and then the cheese is shaping.
