Need variable speed control to control the motor of the agitator, say 0 rpm to 1000 rpm range

Need 1 thermocouple near bottom of the tank 0 to 200 deg C.
Liquid level – sensor
A PLC Siemens controller, if possible with HMI to control and to show the PH reading, show and adjust the agitator speed, show the temp reading and show the liquid volume/level.
