It let students understand the construction and working principle of overall auto. It sets common fault, students can carry on analyzing, detecting and diagnosing on fault through troubleshooting, it develop students ability of thinking of fault analysis, detection, diagnosis.

The light system is controlled by physical switch and analogue switch, and it can set line fault.
The start charging system can use multimeter to detect voltage and current of each circuit joint, it can set line fault.
The ignition system of engine can be observed ignition state of spark piston directly, it can set relevant fault.
It can observe oil injection process of each oil atomizer directly, restrictor’s effect on fuel-injection quantity, and open circuit fault of fuel injection pump.
Instrument signal uses analog signal with each sensor, it can set relevant fault.
